Listings, events, and information on the Site are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we do not endorse any business, event, product, or service unless explicitly stated. Always verify details directly with the business/organizer before making decisions.

3. User Submissions

If you submit a business listing, event, deal, or other content, you agree that:

• You have the right to submit the content and it is truthful and not misleading.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, edit (for length/clarity), and publish the submission on the Site.
• We may accept, reject, remove, or modify submissions at our discretion.

4. Featured Listings and Paid Promotions

We may offer paid options such as featured listings or event promotion. If you purchase a paid placement:

• We may label paid placements as "Featured", "Sponsored", or similar.
• We do not guarantee leads, clicks, sales, or any specific business outcome.
• We reserve the right to reject prohibited or misleading content, or remove placements that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments (if enabled) are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Unless required by law or otherwise stated at checkout, payments for featured placements and promotions are non-refundable once the placement/promotion has started. If you believe there was an error, contact us promptly.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not submit spam, abusive content, or automated submissions.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, APIs, or payment endpoints.

7. Intellectual Property
